What can I do if I am not happy after my dog has been groomed?
The best thing that you can do if you are unhappy with your dogs groom is to complain. Find out why the standards that you expected weren’t met, most things are due to a lack of communication. It’s always best to speak to your groomer in a calm and considered way. There is usually a good
reason for a disappointing hair cut. Remember, groomers don’t have a magic wand and they can only do what is possible and what is safe for the pet. Most things are achievable but might need more regular visits to see the groomer. Remember, at the end of the day, its dog hair. it will grow back providing the dog is healthy.
