Should I have my dog groomed in the winter or will he get cold?

Dogs should be groomed all year round. Dogs love routine and if kept to a strict schedule, know when its time for their hair cut. My dog happily jumps on the grooming table as soon as we enter the salon. He loves his time with me when its just us and he gets all the attention. most dogs live in centrally heated houses, you can stick to the haircut all year round. If you are worried about the cold when they are out walking, why not get a coat, or encourage more play. My dog loves chasing his ball and he never gets cold.

When I first got a dog I was like I will not become one of those dog owners who puts their dog in a jumper! Unsurprisingly months later I did buy her a jumper 😂 She now actually asks to wear it sometimes! As Biebs is a French Bulldog she doesn’t require grooming but some days when it’s cold outside I’ll put on her jumper when we go out walking. Perhaps if you continue to get your dog groomed in winter but he gives you the impression he is cold when you go outside some type of jumper might do the trick 🙂
